Depending on the value of your order and your location, there are the shipping charges that we practice, excluding special promotions and coupons.
We process most orders within 1-2 business day, depending on the products’ availability. Besides this, from the moment you place your order to the moment it is delivered to you, it will take between 3 and 14 business days, depending on your location. Standard Shipping costs
For every order under €99 there is a shipping cost of €9.
For orders exceeding €99, you qualify for FREE standard shipping.
With express shipping orders it takes 1 business day for us to process your order and, depending on your location, between 1 and 5 business days for your order to arrive. To find out an estimate for your geographical area, please type the name of your country in the box below.

For every order under €299, the express shipping costs is €36.
For orders exceeding €299, you qualify for FREE express shipping.

Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?
Yes. For information, see our Returns & Exchanges policy. For orders shipped internationally, you'll need to contact us and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization form.
What do I do if I didn't receive a shipment?
If you're missing items or shipments, contact us within 30 days of ship date.
Will my parcel be charged customs & import charges?
You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Can I track the delivery of my order?
If your order has been sent to you using a traceable service, you can follow its journey to you. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way; simply click on your tracking link on this email to view the up to date tracking.
What happens if I am not at home when my order arrives?
If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
Can I have my order redirected to a different address?
For your security we aren't able to change the address your order is being sent to. Don't worry – if you're not in when a delivery is attempted our carrier will leave a card advising how to arrange a redelivery or where you can pick up your parcel.
Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box?
We’re able to deliver to a PO Box in most countries if you select our Standard Delivery service. We cannot deliver to a PO Box if you select any other delivery option.
We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. If you choose to have your order delivered to you at work, please ensure that there will be someone available to take receipt of the goods. It’s also a good idea to add your company name to the parcel too as it’ll help the driver find you easily.
